Swamp or Dye 5K and Fun Run

RACE AMENITIES

  • Plan to get dirty and have fun!  Color stations (Dye) at specific intervals. Prepare to be colorful at the finish line.
  • Admission into Cedar Hill State Park for the day is included.
  • Participants will receive a race T-shirt. (Guaranteed if registered by February 12th).
  • Water on the course and refreshments at the finish line.
  • Chip timed and posted at Cox Racing Services post race.

COST

  • 5K Run/ Walk OR 1 Mile Fun Run - by February 12: $30
  • 5K Run/ Walk OR 1 Mile Fun Run - from February 13 through February 26: $35
  • 5K Run/ Walk OR 1 Mile Fun Run - Race Day (February 27) Registrations: $40
  • 5K Run/ Walk OR 1 Mile Fun Run (Under 6 years old - No Shirt): FREE

PACKET PICKUP

Race Day Only - Packet Pickup is available starting at 1:30 PM at the race site.


AWARDS

Women and Men in 5K: Prizes will be awarded for top male/female finisher & top finisher in age categories.

RESULTS WILL BE CHIP-TIMED BY COX RACING SERVICES

Who we are and why you should help

Northstar School is a non-profit college prepatory school located in Arlington, Texas.  We provide a unique secondary school experience focused on science, engineering, and fine arts in an environment that encourages development of skills useful for true life application.

Students graduate from this program with a commitment to community and the environment through the many opportunities they have had to be outstanding global citizens by way of   community service hours and environmental science projects.

The money raised will be used for facility and program expansion.
